How about you?

No matter where you are at, I am so glad you are taking this step for your own health. I take a holistic and somatic approach when working with an individual, which means I hope to incorporate what is happening emotionally, physically, mentally, and, if desired, spiritually for you.

When there has been an experience of trauma, crisis, or hurt, seeking help can be one of the hardest steps. But, you don’t have to do it alone. Trauma and loss can take all different forms and sit in our body and mind in a variety of uncomfortable ways.

Through my experience of counseling survivors of sex trafficking, I have encountered difficult stories and complex trauma. Counseling teenagers with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), young adults wrestling with their identity, anxiety, and depression plus seeing how addictions go hand-in-hand with childhood or present-day hurts has continued to expand and inform my practice.

If you have any questions or just want to connect, please don’t hesitate to reach out to set up a brief call. There is no obligation but is a chance to check if this is the right next step for you.

hi, I am Danielle

I have lived in several different states and countries over the past 15 years and am honored to get to know people’s stories everywhere I have gone, even the heavy and hard ones.

I am a foster parent, which has also influenced my own practice and work. I can relate and walk with you in processing parenting, fostering, faith, or major life changes and struggles.

Working overseas for a few years with immigrant communities with diverse and rich cultural traditions has helped me learn from perspectives outside my own. I also desire to incorporate your experience into the therapy room. I want your goals to shape our time together, and we can explore the best technique that is helpful for you.
