How does Mentaya work?
I will email you an invite link to the platform to create an account. Then I will submit details for our session, and they will do the work of submitting the superbill for you. They will set expectations for how long it could take to get reimbursed once you hit your deductible.
Does it cost to use Mentaya?
I will cover the cost for you to use the platform, as there is a 5% charge per submission, but I want you not to worry about that.
Is 50-minute sessions the only option?
Since we will have more freedom than standard insurance guidelines, we can add time or reduce time with the cost prorated to the time utilized. We can also do walk-in-talk therapy or intensives.
What is your billing process?
I will bill you the cost per session ($140) after your session with the credit card on file. If you are using Mentaya, I will submit the session so they can file the claim and build to your deductible, or you will be reimbursed if it has been reached (based on your OON insurance plan).
Why is it discounted for the Boxing Therapy?
As a new modality, I can understand having curiosity and questions if it will help. The first three sessions at the discounted rate help to combine the power of the modality when there is consistency and rhythm, and to ease any hesitations about jumping into it. Contact me to learn more!
